This page allows you to add a new breakout. Unless otherwise specified, all entries are required
Breakout Name - the name or reference symbol of the breakout
Group - The myProject project (or the WG itself) that this breakout is associated with.
Event Day - The day that the Breakout will occur on
Timeslot Start - The timeslot that begins the Breakout. Note that the Breakout Start Time will be the start of the specified Timeslot. If some other time is desired, edit the breakout after it has been created.
Timeslot End - The timeslot that ends the Breakout. Note that the Breakout End Time will be the end of the specified Timeslot. If some other time is desired, edit the breakout after it has been created.
Location - (Optional) The physical conference room or other location for the Breakout
Credit - The amount of attendance credit this breakout is to be given. The defaults
Normal - one attendance credit per regular breakout
Extra - one attendance credit per optional breakout
Zero - 0 credits for this breakout
Other - Anything other than the above
If other special cases are needed, the defaults can be changed by editing the breakout after it has been created.
Facilitator username or email - The person who is responsible for chairing this breakout. This person must have a web account and be recognized by myProject
