Add a new event

This is where you would add a new event or meeting.

  • Event Name

  • Event Type

  • Sponsor

  • Start and End Date of the event

  • Time Zone the event is held in

  • Location of event including address, country, etc.

  • Copy timeslots from previous meeting

"User IP Address Range"and "Gather Attendance Off-site" items to the New/Edit Meeting page. The "User IP Address Range" feature is the same as the one used by the old IMAT Local - it allows limiting access to a meeting based on the meeting place IP address.


The "Gather Attendance Off-site" checkbox controls whether the meeting attendance is using IMAT Local (Off-site), or IMAT Central. Deselect the checkbox for the meeting to appear on the Attendance page.


Once you complete filling in this form, you can always come back and edit it later.
