Sponsor, WG Chair, or IEEE Staff Liaison can assign an attendance designee. This is a person who is assisting the chair with the use of the IMAT tool.

You can also assign a Meeting Planner to your committee. The meeting planner may need access to reports regarding attendees at your meeting.

To assign a designee or meeting planner, you will need that individuals' IEEE Web Account username OR the email address that is associated with that Web Account.

Follow the instructions on the screen to assign the specific role.
