TIMESLOTS - A timeslot is a period of time where a meeting can occur and individual can attend a meeting. Timeslots are directly related to meeting credits. Timeslots are setup before your meetings are entered. Example of timeslots would be: EX#1: AM 8:00 - 12:00 PM 13:00 - 17:00 In this scenario a session beginning Monday and ending Friday would account for 10 timeslots. 2 timeslots per day for 5 days. There are a total of 10 possible time slots an individual can attend; if each meeting is given 1 credit the maximum credits for this session would be 10. Session Attendance Detail
DELETE MEETINGS/BREAKOUTS: You can quickly delete meeting/breakout data prior to the start time of the meeting, by checking the box on the right hand side then click the delete box at the bottom of the page. For each meeting you can also View Attendance information as the meeting is in progress. Attendance data is updated regularly (from mentor every 10 minutes and immediately from Seabass). |
