IEEE Meeting Attendance Tool
This home page is the starting point for logging meeting attendance and maintaining meetings.

All users will be able to access the attendance functions, but meeting management is accessible only by IEEE Staff, Sponsor Chairs, and Working Group officers.
At the top of the page you can access the links to ATTENDANCE, REPORTS, EVENTS, SETUP, and EXPORT functionality.
Attendees can also view prior attendance on the "Attendance history Report" link found on this page.
ATTENDANCE - To log attendance at a meeting, click the "Attendance" link, or just select the Event that you are attending.
REPORTS -
Attendance Summary - view attendance summary, or download the current attendance information here.
Event Reports - view daily attendance reports for each session
EVENTS - Use this area to edit or create new events, timeslots, or breakouts.
NOTE: Except for "Attendance", these pages are not accessed or seen by the general attendees, they are only available to IEEE Staff and Working Group Officers.
FOR STAFF: Only committees that are using this tool will show up in this screen. If a committee is new to using this tool simply add a meeting for that group and they will show up in this view.
A NOTE ABOUT AFFILIATION: When you attend a meeting, the affiliation you select will be updated in myProject either at the WG or Project level, depending on whether the breakout is for a WG or Project. Attending a WG or Project level breakout also add the person as an "interested" member of that group in myProject. Sponsor level breakouts do not currently set the myProject affiliation or interested role.
The affiliation shown on the "export attendance summary" csv download file is the person's current myProject affiliation with that WG.
The affiliation shown on the "export daily attendance" is the last affiliation the person used on a breakout for that WG at that meeting.
