Import your breakout data here. The bulk upload can be used to add new meetings (breakouts) or update existing meetings (breakouts). The import expects the following columns so make sure it is in the proper csv formatted file. To efficiently update existing meetings
For the csv file create the following column headers:
breakout name -- enter the breakout or meeting name in this column
breakout id -- leave this blank if this is the first upload
location -- this is the location of your meeting/breakout
group symbol -- enter your WG symbol in this column; ex. C/LM/WG802.15
event day -- enter a number for the event day in this column; 0 for the first day, 1 for day 2, etc (use whole numbers).
start timeslot name -- enter the timeslot name in this column; ex. AM1 (Case Sensitive)
start -- enter start time in this column only if it is different from the start timeslot time
end timeslot name -- enter the end timeslot name in this column; ex. AM1
end -- enter the end time in this column only if it is different from the end timeslot time
credit -- in this column enter one of the values Normal, Extra, Zero, Other
override credit numerator -- enter the numerator in this column
override credit denominator -- enter the denominator in this column
NOTE: these two values are used to determine the percentage attendance of individuals. 0/0 = Zero Credit ; 1/0 = Extra Credit ; 1/1 = Normal Credit
facilitator web id -- enter the IEEE Web Account username of the individual who is facilitating this meeting
Also, a chair may want to start with a previous meeting's breakouts by selecting 'Export breakouts' for that meeting, then edit the file in Excel and upload it to the new meeting.
