User attendance history

View and manage individual user attendance history.

Remember that you can click on the column header to sort the data in the format you need.

Users with appropriate access rights (chair/staff) can change voting rights and enter a reason. When this happens the system makes the changed entry bold for easier identification.

REMEMBER!

  • The voting status can be changed to anything, however, if changed to either VOTING MEMBER or NON-VOTING MEMBER it will stay this way until someone manually changes it back to some other entry. This allows people such as other WG chairs to have voting rights without requiring any attendance.

  • Not all changes will "stick". Voting and non-voting status will stick, the other levels transition normally as attendance is calculated.

  • If a voting member does not return his letter ballot and his voting rights need to be reset back to the beginning; he needs to start all over again in gaining voting rights. Since he should not be manually set to Non-Voting Member (see above, he will stay that way forever). If the person looses their status, then he should be set to an "observer" role which would require them to transition through all the voting status levels until they reach voting member status again.

  • If an attendee is changed from something to Voting Member before a meeting his status will remain that way even though the voting status is recalculated at the meeting.
